Mechanic / Automotive Service Technician in Honey Creek, Missouri

Qualifications: Applicants are required to have the following Qualifications and Experience:

Associate Degree from an accredited two-year college program

Completion of a recognized auto repair trade apprenticeship

Valid Missouri Drivers License

Ability to maintain good working relationships with The Car Guys staff and suppliers

Ability to interpret, understand, and effectively follow oral and written instructions

Ability to plan and undertake an effective work schedule with a minimum of supervision

Possess a thorough knowledge of the work methods, practices, materials, tools, and equipment used in the automotive technology trade

Ability to use job-related tools and equipment safely and skillfully

Ability to consistently perform a quality of work at an auto repair tradesperson level

Possess sufficient physical strength, stamina, dexterity, and coordination to allow for an acceptable standard of workmanship

Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills

Possess at least two years of recent experience as a qualified automotive mechanic

Has or will provide own hand tools as necessary to perform assigned work
